There isn’t much to back it up at the moment, but rumors are going around the Internet that a webOS-powered Centro 2 might be released in fall 2009. Of course, there isn’t anything substantial to back it up at the moment, and we don’t expect any concrete evidence of such a thing coming up just yet, especially since Palm is riding a nice high on the announcement of its Palm Pre. Whether or not we’ll be getting a Centro 2 anytime soon, we certainly hope that the Palm Pre will be released soon, as are most of you. Incidentally, this rumor also mentioned that said Centro 2 will be headed to Sprint. True? Only time will tell.
