Unidata has unveiled its new SQ-3000 Wi-Fi phone, a device that is also slated to appear at CeBIT 2009. The SQ-3000 supports features such as high-resolution video telephony, and we’ve got no complains with that, as long as it doesn’t affect the smoothness of the video as you might not always have a fast and stable Internet connection. Features of the SQ-3000 include:
2.8″ touch screen display with 240 x 320 resolution
Wi-Fi connectivity
30 fps video recording/playback
G.722.2 Wide-band audio codec
Conference call capability
MP3/MP4 playback
XHTML browser
3 hours of video calling, 6 hours of voice calling (in terms of battery life)
