LG Renoir KC910 has been available in Europe since the end of last year, and now a Chinese version has appeared on LG’s official website.
Called LG Renoir KC910E, the new phone lacks 3G, so it only provides tri-band GSM connectivity (900/1800/1900 MHz) with GPRS and EDGE.
Of course, the rest of its features, as well as its design, are similar to the ones of the 3G Renoir.
So Chinese users will find in the KC910E a 3 inch touchscreen display with 240 x 400 pixels, an 8MP autofocus camera with Xenon flash, A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, MicroSD card support and so on.

The retail price of LG Renoir KC910E should be of around 3,200 CNY ($470).

Looking for an affordable music-oriented phone? Well, if you’re an AT&T subscriber, you might want to check out the Motorola EM330 that the carrier is offering for free (with a 2-year contract and after a $50 rebate). This tri-band GSM/EDGE clamshell phone has an FM radio that supports Motorola’s SONGID system, which helps you identify the song you’re listening to and easily purchase it from the AT&T Music Store. Being music oriented, the EM330 has a 3.5mm headphone jack, supports Bluetooth stereo (A2DP) and a microSD card expansion.

A North American version of the brand new HTC Touch Cruise (also known as HTC Touch Cruise with Footprints or HTC Touch Cruise 09) was recently approved by the FCC, meaning that we might see it soon on sale in the US.
The NAM Touch Cruise comes with quad-band GSM connectivity (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) and dual-band HSDPA connectivity (850 / 1900 MHz). This makes it suitable for a release via AT&T – but, of course, it doesn’t mean the carrier will actually want to bring the handset into its family of products.
According to its user manual, the Touch Cruise is sold together with a 1GB microSD card that includes “map content for bundled GPS software”, which is, obviously, a good thing.

As for the rest of Cruise’s specs and features, you can view them here.
The smartphone’s European version (with 900 / 2100 HSDPA) will be available for purchase starting this spring, at a price that was not announced yet.

Not fond of waiting for an over-the-air (OTA) update for your T-Mobile G1? Well, some smart person out there has found a way to force your G1 to update. As usual, do be careful when updating your cell phones, steps are as follows:

3. Copy update.zip to a freshly formatted microSD card
4. Reboot and flash your G1 with the new RC33 firmware
5. Disconnect your T-Mobile G1 from your computer if you used the data cable to access the microSD card
6. Turn off the handset by holding down the “Power” button
7. Turn it back on while holding down the “Power” (End Call) and “Home” buttons
8. When you see “Triangle” icon, open the keyboard and press “Alt” and “L” simultaneously
9. When you see some yellow text, press “Alt” and “S” simultaneously
10. Follow the on-screen instructions
11. Press “Home” and “Back” buttons simultaneously when you’re done and ready to reboot

The number of leaked pics with Nokia E75 is becoming ridiculously huge, so it would probably be a good idea for Nokia to put an end to the whole drama comedy and finally go official with the handset.
Until this happens, though, we have some new visual goodies for you, as well as more details regarding the specs of the unannounced E75.
Apparently, the Eseries smartphone weighs 139 grams and, when closed, it measures 111.8 x 50.8 x 14.4 mm. And that’s not bad at all for a QWERTY slider.
Obviously running on Symbian S60, the E75 sports a 2.4 inch display with 240 x 320 pixels.

Other features include:
Since MWC 2009 is just around the corner, Nokia might unveil the E75 there, hopefully alongside other more advanced handsets.

Pictures of Motorola’s EM326g slider have appeared online, and based on the specifications; we can conclude that it’s going to be a fairly low-end model. There wasn’t any mention of a release date, but you probably won’t lose any sleep while waiting for this device to show up.
Motorola’s EM326g’s specifications include:
Bluetooth
1.3-megapixel camera
3.5mm headphone jack
microSD card expansion slot

In case you were waiting for the release date of the Motorola Tundra VA76r from AT&T, now’s the time because it’s already officially available. It’s about the best any rugged phone can get. Or at least, it’s one of the most well-rounded out there.
Aside from having military grade toughness, the Motorola Tundra features a 2 megapixel camera, QVGA display, AGPS, microSD card support, and 3G data.

And as mentioned in out earlier report, the price will be $199 after a $50 mail-in rebate and the signing of a 2-year contract with AT&T.

Totally unrelated to the unnamed CDMA Motorola clamshell that was just approved by the FCC, we’ve got word about two other unannounced Moto products: Motorola EM326g and MOTOROKR S7-HD.
Motorola EM326g is a slider phone that looks almost similar to the EM25, a handset which was announced back in the summer of 2008.
There are only few details about the features of EM326g (we can see a 1.3MP camera), but it’s highly probable that they’re like the ones of EM25: stereo Bluetooth, dedicated music keys, a 3.5mm headset jack, microSD card support and so on.

MOTOROKR S7-HD is not a phone, but a Bluetooth headset, and that’s all we know about it.

Motorola might announce the two products at the same time (since they’re both music-oriented), but we can’t say when exactly this will happen.

The new HTC Iolite (not Lolite) hasn’t been officially announced yet, but there are specifications of the phone floating around the Internet. It’s a little disappointing to see that the Iolite will use a WQVGA display instead of the VGA displays that we’re growing accustomed to. There isn’t any mention of how much this phone will cost or when it will be available, but it certainly shouldn’t take too long. The phone will have some rather cool features such as A-GPS, Bluetooth, a 3.2 megapixel camera, Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, 528MHz processor and a microSD card expansion slot.
